Image
My thoughts on the reality and non-reality (or fantasy) of the digital world; I think that we are losing touch with whats reality and non-reality.  For example, the news people never know what's real or fake when it comes to the news.  People read things and think that is real and talked about but its the press.  In the digital world, it's a bit harder since everyone is hard to tell what people believe. Researchers say that when humans excessively use digital media can negatively influence their cognitive and can cause behavioral development it can also cause mental and physical health to go bad.       b) give at least one example (preferably two) from a local, online museum or library that illustrates this real-nonreal phenomenon.     the two examples, the first example was the rest liberty in Leesburg and the next the other one is the International museum

some examples of blogs that are used in different ways for the study of history are they talk about tidbits of history in the news and analysis of historical publications/presentations. they are also used for academic research, easy way to publish stories, sharing love of history, historical society. Blogs give us a look at what it was like back then and how its changed now.  it gives us a better understanding of what people went through back than.     (b) follow two different historians or historical organizations/associations/entities using Facebook or Twitter (or an alternative social media) and describe on your blog.  the first one I followed is called the American historian.  When I looked at this account I saw its a magazine type account and talks about girlhood and how they can change history. The second one I'm looking at is called the Smithsonian NMAAHC which is about the journey of the African American heroes they went through to make history.  they also talk about
